Fullair was born out of a need to solve a growing problem in the mattress industry: over 300,000 mattresses end up in New Zealand landfills every year. This level of waste is unsustainable and poses a significant threat to our environment.

We wanted to change that.

While our mission is simple, our technology is anything but.

With a touch of Kiwi ingenuity, we set out to research, develop, and test various mattress materials.

After years of R&D, we created Fullair technology—a one-of-a-kind thermoplastic mattress material. Featuring an innovative 3D structure, this cutting-edge material offers exceptional cushioning and resilience. The secret lies in its name. Inspired by nature's simplicity, each Fullair mattress contains 90% air, making it breathable, lightweight, and supportive, all while maintaining its firmness and durability.

Our focus on sustainability

While comfort is our priority, sustainability is at the heart of our design. With our state-of-the-art Fullair technology, we've created a mattress material that lasts over 10 years, maintaining its form and comfort throughout.

Even better, we've developed one of the world’s first washable mattresses. Every Fullair layer can be washed and dried in just a few hours, extending its lifespan and offering added convenience, all while being gentler on the environment.

With the planet in mind, all of our packaging and Fullair layers are 100% recyclable.
