Fullair Australia Refund Policy
We hope you’ll be delighted with your Fullair purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your mattress within the trial period, we’re here to help. For Fullair items like mattresses, pillows, and cushions, you can reach out to us via email at admin@fullair.com.au. Our team will assist you in troubleshooting or initiating the return process.
Mattress Trial
We offer a 100-night trial for Fullair mattresses to ensure you find the perfect sleep solution.
Eligibility for a Return:
- To allow your body to adjust, you must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 15 nights before initiating a return.
- If you’re still not satisfied, contact us within 100 nights of purchase to begin the return process.
- Your mattress must be in good condition. Mattresses with mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Each household is eligible for one (1) mattress return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Lodge a return request by contacting us at admin@fullair.com.au.
- For customers in metropolitan Australia, we will arrange a home pick-up at no extra charge. If you’re in a regional or rural area, you’ll need to send the mattress to our designated facility. Fullair will cover shipping costs up to AUD 150 for rural deliveries. Any additional expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Securely package the mattress (preferably using the original packaging) to protect it during transit.
- Returns are processed within 10 business days from the date of pick-up. Collections occur during business hours only.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the mattress.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved.
- Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all refunds.
Note: Returned mattresses are typically donated to charities to assist those in need.
Additional Notes:
If your new Fullair product doesn’t meet your expectations by the end of the trial period, we’ll ensure the return process is smooth and stress-free. Your satisfaction is our priority!
